Order Confirmation
Shortly after you place your order we will send you an order confirmation by email, which will contain details of your order, shipping charges, delivery address and any gift message. We will also give you an estimated delivery time of any goods which are temporarily out of stock. Please see the following information:

• Northern Ireland - £3.95 . Delivery is usually within 48 hours.
• UK Mainland - £3.95. Delivery is usually with 72 hours.
• Southern Ireland - £3.95. Delivery is usually with 72 hours

Secure online ordering

At AlanaShop.com we use Paypal to process all our payments for your security and peace of mind. AlanaShop.com NEVER stores your credit card details. When you checkout you will see the Pay via Paypal option. Once you click on that button, Paypal looks after all the rest of the transaction - you can pay with your Paypal account or let Paypal process your credit card or debit card. Once Paypal is happy with the payment, you will be directed back to AlanaShop.com.

 You do need to log in to make payment and this requires an email and a password. We do need information such as any addresses you want delivered to, your birthday (for special birthday offers!) and a contact number but that's all!

We do store this information to allow you to log in and see the status of your order, any vouchers you may have and to review past orders but your information is stored on a secure server in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Order and Delivery
 In the unlikely event of loss or damage in  transit, we will replace your item(s) free of charge, provided we receive notification of loss or damage within 3 days following delivery. Shipping times are usually 2-3 working days (within 2 weeks) for items that are in stock. Customers have the right to cancel an order at any time prior to shipment or to return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping and handling charges).

Gift messages
AlanaShop.com offers a gift message service for your convenience. We may, restrict or remove any and all content from a gift message that we determine, in any way obscene, profane or threatening.

Product Quality
AlanaShop.com do not sell reject or second-hand goods. Whilst AlanaShop.com cannot give valuations of goods, but we will put you in touch with the manufacturer wherever possible. All products should be used in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.
